Family Consumer Science Class Prepares Gift for Opponent Team

Family Consumer Science Classes worked this week to prepare for our first home game.  Our Culinary Arts class and Principles of Human Development classes worked to prepare sandwich rolls and bake cookies for a referee hospitality room, and our Family Community Service Class worked to prepare a host gift for our opponent school Gordon ISD.  Representatives from the Service class presented Gordon cheerleaders with a snack bucket containing snacks and a card wishing the school safe travels and blessings for their 2019-2020 school year. The bucket was decorated with a special longhorn from our Ag classes.  The longhorn was cut using the Hycad program on the CNC Plasma cutter. Proud of our students efforts applying their skills this week!
